Default Birds galore

Well yesterday I went down to the farm to check on my food plots. I was hoping to see some Bambi but instead saw 45 Turkeys.

I counted 6 big hens and the rest were Chicken size Poults. I rode all over the farm checking blinds/stands, ect. Everytime I came back to the biggest plot those birds were in there feeding.

I have never bagged a wild Turkey. Let's hope with all these newbies wandering around my luck will change.

The turkeys have pretty much taken over. My mom had 10 about 2 feet off her back porch this morning.
She said she didnt know who was scared more, her or them, when she opened the door.

Default just around the road

Red, that's probably the same bunch of chickens that I saw yesterday evening standing in my clover field waiting for me to leave the garden so they could wear out my green greens. Not to mention the nine deer, one with antlers, that were also staging up waiting for me to leave. Sometimes the mineral works to well. Besides were are all these bow hunters when you need them?
