Deer Camp Breakfast
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Venison
2 tb Vegetable Oil
1 Small onion, diced
12 Eggs
1 can Chopped or Diced Jalapeno Peppers
1 lb Cheddar Cheese, mild or sharp
Cooking Instructions:
Brown ground venison in vegetable oil with onion and season to taste. Pour off any excess oil.
Break eggs and add diced jalapenos. Stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly cooked. Sprinkle cheese over top. Remove from heat and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with salsa or sour cream and some buscuits
