How did the drive go?

The turnout was rather small, but everyone had an enjoyable time I think. Some arrows where shot, but no game was harvested. But we did have an opportunity to eat some fine food at noon, when everyone showed up at the shelter at the Yellow Bank WMA camp ground. The weather was really nice, and it was a big improvement over last year (NO RAIN). I think Dave will plan on doing it again next year (2011). It was nice seeing everyone again.

Sorry I didn't make it guys. I had fixed 9 different wild game meat items for 600 folks the night before. I was just wore out. Cousin Moonbeam couldn't have gotten me off the couch Saturday.

Yes we had a good time, I didnt see any deer but the food was good. Good to see everyone again. Ready for next year

We had a good time as usual but I would have really loved a bigger turnout. I expected around 20 and ended up with 9. that makes for tough driving. We did put out 5 deer on the first drive and 2 sitters shot with no prevail. The rest of the drives we didnt really have enough to cover them and we also had dogs run the tract before we got to drive number 2. Anyways thanks to all that showed up as the food was awesome as usual. I will do the drive again next year but if we dont get the turn out we need we might have to re think it. DAVE
