FATBOY Cole Slaw

Dressing Ingredients

1 cup white Sugar
1 cup Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Canola Oil
1 t Black Pepper
1 T Prepared Horseradish

Slaw Ingredients

1 head Green Cabbage shredded
2 Carrots shredded
1/2 head Red Cabbage shredded
1/2 stalk Celery cleaned, thin sliced

Dump sauce ingredients into a pan, bring to boil, stir well. Remove from heat. Stir several times until room temp. Pour over slaw ingredients and mix well. Refridgerate over night, stir again several times before serving.

Best if made the night before.
