Jim Strader suing KDFWR

Strader is suing KDFWR. You can go to his website and see the lawsuit. He has also canceled his EXPO this year. I thought it was weird when they started there own radio show at the exact time as his. And when they didnt show up last year I knew something was up. I think he has a case. I hope he wins.

he slams the fish and wildlife every chance he gets, and he is right about most of it, they hit back and now he cries wolf. He canceled his Expo why???? just because fish and wildlife would not come.........who cares they had a booth big deal. There was thousands of people that went. Debate is healthy, he attacked them and they hit back, take your lumps and move on.
I think he likes playing the picked on kid at the playground.

Personally, I don't think we know all the facts AND probably never will either. I think the whole deal is counter productive for the sportsman of KY. I'm not taking sides cause I know both parties. IMHO it's a playground sandbox fight deal.

The bad thing about it is that since the KDFWR is a public agency, it can't play favorites. They have to treat their detractors the same as they would anyone else.

Looking through the suit, some of the things just seem like Strader crying a little. Other things appear to have some merit. I agree that it's counter productive to the sportsmen & women of the state, but if the allegations are proven true, then there needs to be some changes made.
