Another thing you have to deal with is Outfitters that set camp up just outside a Nat Forest then run their hunters into it. They will mess you up everytime. So when you get out there look around for their camps. They are easy to spot. There will be tree poles cut off that they hang their tent canvas on and tree rails lashed up that they tie their horses too. There is also left over bales of hay laying busted up.
Get on Google Earth and look at topo areas. Find secluded meadows on the north sides of mtn saddles with water nearby. Those dark pine areas will hold big herds that bed there. Practice your calls relentlessly. Spend alot of time focusing on Cow Calls. That will pull in a Bull quicker than a Bull call. Especially during Bow season.
