Ok, it is supposed to rain Wednesday. I'm comming unglued on the cookbook. I'm starting off with a whole dinner menu in one recipe cooked on the grill. Marinated PORK CHOPS, Apple halves, Potatoe Steaks, whole roasted heads of Garlic, and whole roasted Onions.

It's time to kick it up a few notches.

Awe shucks,,,, I just love to share groceries buddy. Been that way since I was old enough to reach a countertop. The fact that my Dad was a Chef had something to do with it too.

No joke -- RDL270 has an award winning white bean chili recipe -- but I guess he is not giving his secrets up

That's not his only great recipe. His Pheasant recipe is KILLER ! Thanks for the heads up. I'm gonna shame him into giving it up.

Never tried rattler. Got any?

The bacon method looks good. I have never added spices but I do prefer to bake it. It turns out much better than pan fried.
